I used my non-igniter Harbor freight one this weekend to light a firepit. It worked well, but I need to learn the best way to utilize it.

found out today that the tanks that say 15.? lbs. net are 20 lb tanks.

If you're doing the "tank exchange" thing then yes, you're getting shorted a few pounds. If you have your tank refilled (RV Center, Propane dealer) you'll get more for your money. Of course, you have to plan ahead or at least have a full spare ready.

I got the non-push button one the other day from HF, $20. Sounds like a jet engine taking off when I push the handle, too much blow back heat firing up the SQ36. It'll get used for putting a char on Sous Vide steaks, got a Weber charcoal chimney for the smoker. RAY
