Prime Tri Tip

Dinner:

Prime Tri tip from Wild Fork Foods, onion straws, roasted carrots and baked beans.

All seasoned with Q-Salt, except the carrots which were hit with Naturiffic Gingery Orange seasoning

It was tasty!

That looks great. I have Q-salt (and really like it) so I know the tri tip was great. I like the idea of carrots and Gingery Orange. Need to try that.

No. Cooked it indirect using the vortex until it hit 115F, then tossed it over the vortex for a reverse sear
