Today I made prime rib, baby backs and salmon for the folks in my IT department at work. Here's the prime rib pics. Used a Santa Maria seasoning along with a Sazon seasoning. The crust was amazing. Cooked 250 until internal temp was 130. Rested for 20 minutes and served. It was spectacular.
