My meatcutter/butcher friend came over and cut up my rib meat today. The yield ended up being 2 beef rib sections, 2 rib eye roasts, 14 rib eye steaks and one kinda funky end cut-off (I already ate the other end cut-off, so no pic. :becky: )

Hubba hubba!!! Yumminess will ensue while eating these!

Would you kind folks please let me know what the rib bone section is called so I can look up how to cook it?

My friend said to cook it like pork ribs but then we got to thinking that may not be right. Thx very much!

If they're off the eye they are back ribs. I like to season like brisket and cook to probe tender 275-325
