Practicing for this weekend. Texture and taste are there. I think I need to thin the glaze. Also threw on some Slovaceks Beef links.

What do you mean by "I know there are shiners"? Looks good!

The Mrs. said they were really good. Had just enough after heat to warrent a drink of water. Went well with the sweet glaze.

BTW, I used Yardbird Rub and added a little hot spice mix to add the heat.

The glaze was sweet BBQ sauce, apple jelly and brown sugar.
