Nice looking dinner (except for the ketchup):biggrin: Wifey and I often smoke pork steaks for supper, one of our favorites.

Ketchup was for fries only! I don't even use it on my burgers! :-D I used to not like pig steaks but my GF loves them so I'm getting used to them.
