Pork Butt

Do you wrap a pork butt or just leave it on without wrapping?

I wrap most times when the bark is set, sometimes I don't it depends on how much time I want to spend on it.

Most people put it in a foil pan and wrap top with foil

I don’t wrap most of the time, but if I do it’s like Christian mentioned, with some apple juice or chicken broth.
