Thanks Todd, and yes a complete differant way than I was cooking the ribs seems to work just fine. No we won't be at the GAB this year. Not only did I not have fun last year we have a contest in state this year that same weekend.
Now onto the pork cooking all I said was add some salt, pepper, and use ketchup. The rest was all his cooking.:roll:
