Nice! I've admired a local one in town that was imported from Italy and it's a terra-cotta dome on a trailer. I think it's 3000 pounds, but the line around the block is proof that they have something good going. I've been experimenting with wood fired pizzas in my cooker. I dig the flavor of oak wood making its way into the dough. Thanks for posting.
 
Wow...that is a serious beast! Do you have an idea of what the front opening diameter on the oven was?
 
That's a monster. Opening seems unusually small??

The one I've been checking out seems similar in design. I guess it only has to be 16 inches wide in the opening to accommodate their large pie. It makes sense that they're keeping heat loss to a minimum with a small opening that is slit like and low on the oven
