What a great year! I had my first KCBS Contest :BBQ Bands and Brews , I had a very successful BBQ Competition class, and a team we helped mentored and support is the KCBS Team of the year! Catering business tripled! Also able to wash dishes for one of my past students at a competition!

I took John's class last year, and it was very informative and helpful. Got my first call (backyard chicken) using techniques I learned at this class. John is very personable and makes the class fun and hands-on too. If you are anywhere close and want to take a competition class, John's is a great one!
