Pig Wings

I keep hearing about these Pig Wings lately. Never heard of them before and had to look them up on the Internet to see what they even were. But my question is, where do you buy them? Only place I can find them is Sysco but they're pre-cooked. I'd like to try and flavor/cook my own. Anyone know?
