Does anyone know where one could find raw pig wings? I would love to smoke some up. I have tried local butcher etc and no one seems to have them.

All of the pig wings I've bought were pre-cooked. If you know anyone that works at a restaurant, see if they can order through their distributor. I think the last ones we got were from Sysco and there were 2 or 3 size options.
