Love yer cooks, Tom. Not just the meats, which are always great, but the sides are always so cool. I'm a lazy bastige when it comes to that stuff and you and the Mrs. are an inspiration to kick it up a little.

Picanha looks great - how do you like it cooked that way vs. the rotis way?

Thanks Greg, I really didn't notice any difference in the results cooking it this way but it is a bit less work no on and off spit or clean up
