Seriously good looking! I think I may toss plans for tamales tomorrow for tagliatelle.
I love pignola too! Did you smoke them or roast them?
 
Nice way to use leftovers! Sure would like to have that recipe....


Baked some bacon with garlic and red onions,tossed some pulled pork with that.
Made a sauce out of egg yolk,creme fraiche,parmigiano reggiano,Simply Marvelous Seasons All and ground pepper.
Mix it with the cooked tagliatelle and done.
 
Very nice, Phu! I may have to try that sometime soon! We're always looking for interesting ways to use leftover pulled pork.
