Long weekend camping trip. Did some fishing and exploring earlier today, now raining which is ok since I'm working a bit. Brought some bbq things from the freezer and doing one of the pork bellies I corned/brined a while back.
Not sure exactly what I'll do, but for now I just added some extra garlic, onion, pepper and tossed it one the smoker. Might chop it up when finished for sandwiches or slice and sear or both :twitch:
Starting it up
On around 11:15 and just running 250 for a bit and will probably bump a little later.
