-starter pork sausage in panko/parmesan crust with stuPhed portobello (Padawan)

-main course Iberico pork rack in panko/parmesan crust with canneloni Padawan,Phubar)

-dessert cheesecake with spiked coPhee (Dennessey)

Portobello was stuPhed with goatcheese,honey,nuts,pig candy.
Canneloni stuPhed with a mix of smoked eggplant,zucchini,ricotta and some other ingredients...topped it off with homemade Italian tomato sauce,mozz,prosciutto.
Iberico rubbed with coarse seasalt,garlic,red Spanish pepper,panko/parmesan.
