Tried Bear Mountains new Bold BBQ pellets on some skinless thighs tonight. They did not disappoint

A healthy dose of...

275° for 1 hour, then jacked to 375° to finish.

Skinless/boneless thighs. Liberal coat of rub, and a spritz of EVOO before they hit the MAK. That was it

They were still semi-frozen (half way thawed) which allowed them to hold their shape while applying rub and placing on the grill. Semi-frozen can be a good thing sometimes when dealing with boneless meat which tends to flop around a bit... lol.
