The web site is sparse. Pictures of a smart phone and what looks like two thermometers but no details.
The aluminum grill grate is non-stick and it drains to a grease tray. Cleans up with soap and water. Lining it with aluminum foil is a good idea. I use a baking pan with a rack for small things. The crisper basket washes up in the sink too. None of it is dishwasher safe.
Yep, two probes and you can monitor with your phone.
