The day started off with a Lake Dog fitting:

She's getting a little old to be swimming hundreds of yards without any help. So, now that she's 12 she has a life preserver...

Ok, on to barbecue. The injections. That's Butchers' on the right. Lake Dogs special pork injection on the left (with some secret ingredients showing in the back:

I'm awake. Wow, big pre-party party last night. I'm probably only one who is up that's not hung over... We'd been drinking beer and floating all day, then about dark thirty someone brought out Crown, then came the single malts... Ah well. We did wrap shortly before 6pm. They came up to temps right at 10:00, a little ahead of schedule, but not terrible. They're still in the cooler, and it's still warm even on the outside (no opening). Will have a pullin' and slicin' party shortly. Y'all have a great weekened!!!
