Just a quick question...how many back ribs do you normally give one person?

Our normal serving is 2 bones per serving on a vend that includes at least one other meat.
On a catering we ask them how many bones, per person, they wish to order.

It would vary based upon costs and desired results, as well as menu.
When you say back ribs, I assume you mean pork back ribs, it would be between 2 and 5 depending

Are you cooking for a 50 year wedding aniversary party with 70 year old eaters or a team of 20 year old Rugby players? Communication is the key---know who you are feeding--talk with the "money person" and determine from the people / budget facts how many ribs per person. If needed have a server dole out the ribs
