Hi everyone first time posting here. A little background, about a year ago I moved to Ecuador. Plenty of good food here, but I’ve been craving some good BBQ, and all I have found here is under cooked ribs with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce, neither of which I’m interested in trying. So last week I built an offset cinder block smoker and gave it a test run yesterday.
