Never attended this outing. Any suggestions where to stay that is close walking distance? Is this on the boardwalk, or a block party type setup?

It's a block party type. They close off arounf 4 blocks for the festival. It backs to Herefords Inlet. Most hotels in the area have a 3 day minimum. It's really a nice event though.
