Hello to all, I'm new to the brethren. My name is Steve and I live in Colorado Springs, CO. I love to BBQ as well as hunt and fish, camp and ride dirtbikes.
My wife and I moved to Colorado about 18 years ago from Santa Maria, CA where I learned to cook Santa Maria style BBQ. I'm in the process of building a 55 gal drum smoker so I can learn more about other styles of BBQ. I'll post some pictures in the future.
