Hi guys, My name is Jack and my smoke cloud can be found floating over DELCO Pa. I always thought of myself as pretty decant on the grill. I have been using a GE monogram for a few years. I never used charcoal and thought I was all fancy with my little smoker tray. Well my wife decided to buy me a brickman charcoal smoker for my birthday. All I can say is that she created a monster and this forum isn't helping :biggrin1: I'm already looking to upgrade and had a master forge grill fall into my lap. A little work and she'll be ready to go. Thanks to the advice given here I stocked up on Trader Joe's charcoal and stubbs. Also introduced the family to a "fatty"
