Hello to all, I have been lurking for quite a while.This forum is great. I love bbq and have been practicing for 5 or 6 years now. Most of my goods have been smoked on a weber kettle. I also use a small barrel smoker on holiday weekends.
Just recently i bought a klose pipe smoker from a member from michigan.
and i have been putting out the best ribs i have ever done.
I just made my brine for thanksgiving, I have a 16.5lb turkey for the smoker and another 16 pounder for the oven.
