(from Travel Channel's press release, May 2015) "The Grill of Victory" brings a competitive twist to the growing subculture of passionate hobbyists building the most insane, tricked-out grills around. In each episode, three teams attend each other's "Rig Digs" and score them based on Rig, Dig and Food. In the end, the builder with the highest score takes home a cash prize and bragging rights! Set in a different iconic American city, each episode is packed with over-the-top grills, larger-than-life characters and competitive BBQ action. Eight hour-long episodes; produced by Jane Street Entertainment. Executive producers for Jane Street are Donna MacLetchie and Linda Lea. For Travel Channel, the executive producer is Daniel A. Schwartz.

Episode 1
Three teams face off with their home made mega-grills to prove they have the best BBQ skills in the state of Missouri. The team with the baddest rig, the tastiest food, and the best backyard barbecue will take home the grand prize of $10,000. Here's the twist- the teams judge each other! Each team cooks two meats and two side dishes, but everyone must use...St. Louis Cut Ribs! Up first is Engine 51 Smokers, a group of Firefighters riding into the competition on a 38 foot long gooseneck trailer that's been decked out with emergency lights and sirens. They're followed by Twisted Belly, who use their Red, White and Blue party wagon to throw down the ultimate tailgate. Finally, Buckingham Pig Kings, a team of expert restaurateurs, are ready to play the competition off with their giant grand piano themed rig. With only six hours to cook these three teams and their monster grills will battle high flames, the clock, and each other for the chance to win The Grill of Victory.

Episode 2
Three Texas BBQ teams and their mega-rigs compete to prove they grill better than anyone else in the Lone Star state. The kicker is the teams judge each other to decide who has the most stellar rig, the most delicious food, and who throws the best backyard barbecue. Each team cooks two meats and two side dishes, but everyone must use...beef ribs! First up is War Pig BBQ with their military-themed rig. They built a remote-controlled rolling smoker, designed to look like a tank. The second team to compete is Toro Loco with their bull-themed rig and fiesta themed party. Last up is Dr. Smoke. Team leader Justin Margist oozes confidence that his rig is the best-equipped to blow this competition away. With only six hours to cook these three teams and their monster grills will battle high flames, the clock, and each other for the chance to win $10,000 and The Grill of Victory.
