Need Help Smoking Turkey Breast Strips For Relay For Life, Strips are about 2" Thick and will be frozen when i start smoking them, any thoughts on temp that i should cook them, and about how long do you think it will take? Also should i use my normal dry Rub, will be doing enough to feed 300 people. thanks for your support
