Hurricane Nate threw a little wrench into the cooking plans for Saturday so instead of going with a long cook decided Burgers were the way togo. Reverse Seared on the kettle, 80/20 ground chuck, mixed blue cheese in with the burger, seasoned with Oakridge BBQ Carne Crosta. Baked the Taters on the grill in foil split and drizzled EEVO on after they were split, seasoned with Oakridge BBQ Smoky Chili Lime finishing salt.

Prefer mine medium rare but the wife likes medium (happy wife, happy life) :becky:

I've been out of touch with the news for several days. Hope the storm didn't cause harm to you and yours.
