Well, after taking up room in our garage for almost 6 months...it is finally outside and doing what it was made to do...

I still have a few mods to make to it, but for all practical purposes...She's ready to roll
 
That's the first I've seen someone use the bottom of the weber as a lid. Great idea.
 
very nice i was looking for wheels like those inflateable wheels but i couldnt found any i went with push lawn mower wheels instead
 
Thanks for all of the nice comments...I'm still planning on putting straps or chains to hold the drums in place and will be putting a piece of 2" tubing in the center with supports...which will slide right into my receiver hitch on my truck...

How does it fit the barrel since it does'nt have a rim :?::?:
I like it !!

A friend formed a 3/4" band that goes around the OD of the kettle. We then TIG'ed it to the lip of the kettle.
