After some trips to Buenos Aires, Argentina I decided to build a traditional Parrilla BBQ grill in my Texas backyard. After all the hard work the first cook was a big success. Bone in rib eye, tri tip, skirt steak, chorizo, blood sausage, ribs, and chicken.
