Started on Thursday trimming and seasoning a butt I picked up a couple of weeks ago. “Williams Rib Tickler” was the choice.
Fast forward to Saturday, sunrise walk at the beach and some other errands which kept us busy til’ around 3PM. Finally fired up the 18” and on the butt went.
Seasoned up some thighs with “Williams Cajun and Oakridge Habanero Death Dust”
Being lazy today time for the butt to hit the oven
Time for the thighs
Thighs are done
Went for the Sunday walk and out for some biscuit and gravy
Pork out of the oven and finally pulled
And last but not least some polish sausage from the freezer
Done cooking!
