LuzziAnn picked up acouple of prime grades today. She surprised me with them so the Weber Gasser got the call.
Seasoned with what's left of my Udder Madness rub along with a tad of kosher salt.
Going to do a reverse sear as both cuts are over 1.5" thick.
Got them off but they continued to carryover cook. Then resting before final sear.
Nothing like a baked tater, mustard greens and some good ole Texas Toast with steak.
