Mother’s Day Chicken w/ sides (& Pics)

Even with the temperature reaching 97 on my patio we preceded with our Mother’s Day BBQ plans.

Started by putting the Corn on the lower grill

Seasoned up some nice chicken breasts

And on they go

Now for something different (for me anyway) Fried Plantains (Thanks
SmoothSmoke)

Once the chicken is close I add a few more sides to the grill

And now plated. (w/ ceviche)

Ooh Ya! :mrgreen:

Thanks. I liked them. Hard to describe the taste but I'd say it's something like a cross between a banana and a potato. I’m thinking them would take well to a slightly salty, sweet chili type of seasoning so I’ll be experimenting in the future.
