Found a package of venison burger. Added egg, oats, green chile and Swiss cheese. Seasoned with Cavenders. Hand mixed thoroughly but somewhat loosely. and into a bacon grease coated Lodge CI loaf pan. Fired up Tiernan SOB with K-Hickory and a Hickory chunk. Loaded and went for a two mile walk. Returned to an IT of 136. Schmeared the top with Heinz ketchup and Worcestershire sauce drizzle. Bride making another sautéed veggie medley. Haven’t smoked one in a while. Time marches on

Looks good Adams!

I've never mixed in cheese before and baby swiss is one of my favorites, I'll have to give that a try.
