Fired up the Tiernan SOB with royal oak briquettes and a mix of mesquite and hickory chunks. Offset some green chile German Sausage and will direct flame kiss later. Two 1/2 pound ground sirloin patties. Side will be a sweet potato drowning in irish butter. Guinness X2.

Nice sounding dinner. I live the lower carb life most days of the week and I love to see other people's ideas for inspiration.
 
Love the looks of this meal. That local made sausage has caught my eye. Looks mighty fine!
