If my memory serves me right, Bigabyte made some boneless ribs a while back out of some tubesteak. I seem to recall a shiner in the photo. Guerry, I'm sure you can find the pic. I imagine a rack of those would be more than enough for a dozen people.

(I usually prefer my ribs dry, but I think those REALLY need some sauce. :tsk:)
 
Ok, thanks...might have to be a two day cook. My cheap-o Char-griller will only hold 3 maybe 4 racks at a time.

Don't under estimate the Char-Griller. Especially if you have the side firebox. I was able to smoke 4-5 racks with no rib rack and using the second tray. Where there's a will, there's a way
