Memorial Day MOINKS!

Cold, leftover Smoked Meatloaf sandwiches on Sourdough bread with Cheddar cheese. It's what's for dinner. Yum!

But, I decided to do some MOINKS to take to the bar for the Memorial Day Poker game. A buddy gave me some apple branches, so that will be the smoke flavor.

That's a lot of MOINKS! So many, I ran out of bacon for some.

In for a smoke bath...

Alright I've gotta know, You just wrap frozen meat balls with bacon? If so do you thaw the frozen meat balls first? I would probably be better off making my own meat balls I'm sure.

That's a mess of MOINKs! Haven't tried the prefab meatballs... just some homemade.
