Meat Pops (Meatsicles?)

Quick lunch today.
Lollipopped some drumsticks and seasoned them with our Hot Wing Rub before wrapping in bacon.

Then a top coat of Q-Salt before hitting the Weber Performer set up with the vortex and a chunk of hickory.

Tasty!
