Got 40# of fresh (never frozen) whole wings yesterday @$1.39/lb , and after vacuum sealing them, I ended up with 12 bags of a dozen each.
Today I cooked up a batch of fresh wings on the 26” Weber using the vortex at full send. (About 600F)
Hit them with 3 different rubs:
1. Naturiffic Hot wing rub
2. Q-Salt and Garlicky Lemon
3. Garlic Parmesan rub
