Hi Tony. Leesport is about 30mins from my house. She must have been visiting someone since there isn't much there. Haha. Only head out that way when i go to Cabelas or on the way to visit my daughter south of Harrisburg. Always nice to have them home safe!

The device is a comal pozo with a convex center. The comal bola has a concave center. The convex is used more for frying then placing the cooked food on the upper shelf to keep warm and drain. I think you can see how the pozo is used.

It's a comal I got from my local swap meet - flea market. It's $30 but I have seen them on Amazon for $79 under comales
