Grilled some prime fillets on the MAK after work. Who says pellet grills can't sear. Saw 585 on the display - aluminum searing grate had to been much hotter. Served with some brown-sugar glazed carrots, broccoli/cauliflower and shrooms (in foil on MAK) and some baked potatoes from the oven. Served, yet again, on our finest Okie china. I think they turned out ok...
