I got my Primo moved into the cart I rehabbed today. It ended up being a pretty nice day here…we have some 50’s and rainy weather headed our way this week, so I took the opportunity to fire up the grill in its new cart to cook dinner.

Mahi mahi seasoned with Oakridge BBQ Smokey Chile Lime. I made a jalapeño coleslaw following this Serious Eats recipe but used a bagged coleslaw mix from Sam’s instead of shredding my own.
