I just measured my grill -- it's 19" across, the stone is 14" across. 24" wide cooking surface on the Big Joe, eh? That's niiiice. :biggrin1:

kathy, i've done 4 8lbs shoulders in a large, using the adjustable rig from the ceramic grill store. it's tight, but it works great! I bought the "customer combo package" it's really awesome for stretching the eggs abilities.
