In the offset at 190c for 1 hour, lower temp to 110c for 4 hours, no finished temp.
Moist and Juicy

Go to the store tomorrow and get some loin chops. Spog with some rosemary. Hot grill, griddle or cast iron pan 3-4 minutes a side and you'll have a dinner that'll blow your mind.
