Did the leg of lamb on the Pro Q this afternoon. Found a recipe from Stoke & Smoke in this thread:

The results were fantastic. Added some fresh steamed broccoli and roasted taters in olive oil, salt, pepper, and parm cheese.
No pron this time. The left overs are going for lunch tomorrow.
