Did a leg of lamb on the rotisserie the other day. Used the last of the leftovers to make gyros last night since we can’t find a good gyro joint up here.
The leg:
Sliced the leftovers thin, and marinated in some olive oil, lemon juice, and a prefab ‘souvlaki’ seasoning blend, then fried up in a CI skillet in some lamb fat.
Made some sourdough pitas
Served up with some freshly made tzatziki and topped with thinly sliced onions and tomatoes, plated up with Greek peas, and quinoa with broccoli.
This most definitely did not suck! :thumb:
