Some of you remember the brisket on Sunday which I wasn't particularly fond of but who says you can't turn it into some amazing eats. :thumb:
Monday night I made a brisket burrito from some leftover point, cheese, black beans with bacon, brisket, hot sauce, jalapenos, avocado
Sealed it in the CI pan
It was killer :thumb:
For Tuesday I decided to fire up the Blackstone. It's been a while since I used it and a recent thread reminded me to do so. :becky:
I trimmed the briskie aggressively and had a few lbs of point and flat left so I ground it up and seasoned to make a pie topping.
Laid it on a large tortilla
In for 2 mins or so
Inside look of the oven
Done
Delicious
And I figured why not make a ham and cheese quesadilla :razz:
In for a about 45 seconds open
Pulled and folded
Back in
Sliced
