Latest brisket cook

I’ve been cooking for neighbors and random people in town for the last couple of months. One of them owns a taco shop in town that’s closed Saturday/Sunday/Monday and she offered let me use her restaurant to sell bbq on the weekends! I didn’t even ask she just offered it. So gonna be slanging some central Texas style bbq in my hometown.

My brisket game is on point now.
