It don't get much better than that.

I used my Hunsaker griddle on the 22" Weber to whip up some Quesadillas last night.
As the title said leftover rib meat filled the protein slot while shredded cheddar and American cheeses glued it all together. Added some fermented Hatch sauce, well, just because I can.
I used raw flour tortillas that I get from Walmart.
And the pictures tell the rest of the story.















Beefy, cheesy, and crunchy with a hint of green chile.
