\is it a structured camp site/ toilets etc ?

There's a picnic table and fire ring at each site. Three of the nine sites have a shade cover on the picnic table. There are two vault toilets and limited non-potable water available. It's quite and well kept.

I agree, Norm. It's so sad to pull into a campground and see trash or vandalism. We usually go to places way off the beaten path and most are well maintained by the rangers and the people who use them.
